Energy usage
No. We can obtain the energy information only for those users who have completed the journey by providing the SMD authorization.
Yes. Only if the user has provided the authorization for the usage data in SMD.
Currently this option is not available.
Currently we do not support users with two homes.
Share My Data (SMD)
STEP 1: Login to https://www.pge.com/
STEP 2: Navigate to the Share My Data portal.
STEP 3: Locate YellowTin Inc under the Current Authorizations.
STEP 4: Choose to Edit the authorization by clicking on the pencil icon.
STEP 5: In the Manage Authorization page, select custom in the Access Duration dropdown and provide a future date.
STEP 6: Click on the Submit Changes button in the bottom of the screen.
STEP 1 : Login to your energy dashboard using the valid credentials.
STEP 2: Click on your name in the top navigation menu to view the pull down menu.
STEP 3: Select the option “Energy Info” under “Account & Settings” section.
STEP 4: Click on the “Log into PG&E” button under the Share My Data Tab. On the confirmation window, click on CONTINUE button.
STEP 5: Enter your PG&E credentials on the Share My Data login page.
STEP 6: In the Manage Authorization page, select ‘ Select all Service IDs for all Accounts’ checkbox in the Shared Accounts and Service IDs section.
STEP 7: Click on the Submit button in the bottom of the screen.
STEP 8: Wait for 10 minutes (approx.) for the system to obtain your energy data from PG&E.

Energy interval data is only available if the user has completed SMD authorization successfully.
User has to provide SMD authorization once again by using the link. Make sure to use the same email address (used previously) in the My Info section.

User has not authorized the ‘Account Information’ during the SMD authorization.
We do get the energy data of both houses, provided they have the same account number.
